Over 90% of CTCA employees (past and present, combined) are veterans.

CTCA has intentionally hired former Marine, Army, Navy, and Air Force military personnel (both former active-duty, and reserve) for their knowledge and work-ethic and we have been proud to have them join our staff. We support all our employees the best we can, and we appreciate not only our non-military experts, but also, and especially, those men and women who have served in the defense of our country.

We don’t discriminate based on disability, either. We have hired numerous employees with Service Disabled ratings of up to the maximum that the Government contract allows (virtually all our positions have been “deployable” with Government-mandated limits of 30% disability)…and we are impressed that our staff still wanted to serve their country (CONUS or OCONUS)!!!

Several sites quote the definition of a “Veteran”, and we’d like to share their definition here:
