For over a decade, CTCA has supported “classified” programs for DoD/Military customer in CONUS and OCONUS locations using its Commercial/Enterprise experience Supporting and Educating on Advanced Technologies


We have provided, as one DoD Prime said of CTCA, “World-Class Support” in surveying, interviewing, vetting, training-up, and deploying Field Service Engineers/Representatives (FSEs/FSRs) to support C4ISR systems in exercises (e.g.: Twentynine Palms, Fort Irwin, and Fort Polk), and in live-combat environments (Iraq and Afghanistan) as well as numerous other support locations (Germany, Okinawa, Japan, Kuwait, Djibouti, Qatar).  Whether supporting our military customer as a sub to our Prime at a base, or running FOBs and Forward Camps by ourselves, CTCA FSEs/FSRs provided 24/7/365 support to the warfighters and received letters of commendation, notice at all-hands meetings, and even being “coined” by the military customer’s in-theater representative for our outstanding work.


CTCA has also provided Training “combined with” FSE/FSR support – using the same staff to Train (formally and informally) to reduce total headcount and total cost to the program. Our “combination” Trainers/FSEs not only know how to “support” the system needed, they have also been educated in how to use Industry-Acknowledged and Company-Proprietary methods to train warfighters on how to best Install, Operate, and Maintain the systems they are tasked to use.  Whether training informally with Over-The-Shoulder coaching, providing unit-sized Refresher Courses in a Motor Pool enclosure, or giving podium-based, Instructor-Led Training to a large group, CTCA’s staff have received high marks for Educating Troops and Marines so that the warfighter is at their most-effective level – even in high-stress war zones.
